Westfield Nursing Assistants Training Institute is a licensed vocational school under Chapter 28C.10RCW and WAC 490-105. Our objective are to provide quality training to students to become professional and effective Certified Nursing Assistants. Competence is never compromised in healthcare profession, so at Westfield we take PRIDE ( Personal Responsibilty In Delivering Excellence) in preparing our students for success.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR Sheriff Sambou BA, RN: The program director has 14 years experience in delivering excellent heathcare. He has spent his career working in various settings that include Nursing Homes, Emergency Rooms and Intensive Care Units. He is extremely friendly and approachable with a great sense of empathy. He has tremendous experience in teaching students throughout his career.
Our instructors are working professionals who have extensive experience in this industry. Our classes therefore teach our students and prepare them to excel in the nursing profession. Graduates of Westfield will be prepared to work in Hospitals, Physicians's Offices, Retirement Communities, and in Healthcare Clinics.
We offer small classes to allow students to be able to actively participate in their learning and have one on one time with the instructor, without the feeling of getting lost in the crowd. We strive to ensure that each student receives a thorough understanding of physical skill set and text work along with an explanation.
The first 2 weeks are online classroom training through zoom. The 3rd week is in class training for hands on skills (you will come to the school). The 4th week is your clinical week, you must complete 40 hours of clinical.You must pass the classroom exams to move onto your clinical setting. 80% or higher on all exams.

Come into the School to register for class. For questions you can complete and submit the form below.
You will need to take the Entry exam, once that is passed you can fill out our registration form.
Bring your ID. We will take a copy of your ID and also run a background check.
It is $100 to register and Non-refundable, and $695.00 for Tuition, total cost for CNA class is $795.00.

Covid 19.. Westfield is working under strict CDC and Department of health regulations for Covid precautions. Classes have resumed here at Westfield Nursing Assistant Training Institute. Classes are now being held remotely for the book learning session and skills will be in the classroom. Clinicals are done independently by the student. (CNA instructions are listed below)
Students ; If you are experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms, or have been exposed to or have tested positive for COVID; Please do not come into the office during skills session until you show proof of negative COVID results before coming to complete your skills with another class at a later date
Mandatory temperature checks and symptoms check including social distancing will be done prior and maintained in the classroom
All tuition must be paid before the First day of class. We take payment in the form of Cashier check, money order, or credit/debit (we add a 3% fee if using a card) NO CASH!
